14-Day DAC Trial Details

BorderPatrol Audio Electronics LLC provides customers with a 14-day trial period to evaluate our Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). This period commences on the date of delivery.

• Customers who are not fully satisfied may return the DAC within the 14-day window.
• Refunds will be issued upon the safe return and inspection of the unit(s).
• All returned equipment must be in its original condition as when dispatched from the factory.
• Shipping expenses for returns, along with any payment processing fees, bank charges or money transfer fees, are the responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return, please contact BorderPatrol Audio Electronics LLC within the trial period. We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment to safeguard against potential loss or damage during transit.

Condition and Damage Assessment

If the returned DAC is found to be damaged and such damage is not attributable to the carriage company, repair costs will be assessed and deducted from your refund.

Cancellations Prior to Shipping

If an order is canceled before the DAC has shipped, you will receive a refund equal to the net amount received by BorderPatrol Audio Electronics LLC, less any applicable bank or money transfer fees and charges. Please be aware that fees and charges which are not refunded to BorderPatrol Audio Electronics LLC cannot be reimbursed.

Customer Supplied Parts Disclaimer

This disclaimer outlines the conditions and responsibilities associated with the use of customer-supplied parts used in BorderPatrol Audio Electronics LLC products and services. The parts can include electron tubes, wood surrounds, electronic components, chassis parts and any other part used in the construction, service or repair of a BorderPatrol brand product. By providing your own parts for installation, construction or repair, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

Parts are accepted after an inspection to verify they are free from damage or defects and meet the specifications provided by BorderPatrol Audio Electronics LLC and by the customer.

We do not assume any liability for customer-supplied parts. This includes but is not limited to defects or failures during or after installation, any additional costs incurred due to the use of incompatible or faulty parts, and any damage caused by defective parts.

Furthermore, we do not provide any warranty for customer-supplied parts. Any warranties or guarantees must be addressed directly with the original manufacturer or supplier of the parts.

Additional charges may apply for the inspection, handling, and installation of customer-supplied parts. Charges for engineering drawings and programs, and circuit diagrams may also apply.

As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the parts you supply are suitable for the intended application and covering any additional costs that may arise due to the use of customer-supplied parts.

In the event of any disputes arising from the use of customer-supplied parts, we will seek to resolve the issue through mutual negotiation and communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be subject to mediation or arbitration as per our standard terms and conditions.

By supplying your own parts for installation or repair, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer. We strive to provide the highest quality service, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the successful completion of your project.
